1. What You Are Buying

OLLG is a digital educational program. Your purchase may include access to the Private Members Portal, digital lessons, written materials, audio or video content, community or messaging support, live or recorded sessions, downloadable resources, and related program materials.

2. Personal Access Only

Your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for your personal use only. Access is for you alone.

• You may not share your login, course link, downloads, screenshots, recordings, notes, or portal access with anyone else.
• You may not allow any other person to view, copy, teach, distribute, republish, upload, post, sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of OLLG.
• You may not use the materials to create a competing course, coaching offer, membership, content product, or derivative work.

3. Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights

Everything inside OLLG and the Private Members Portal is proprietary and protected by intellectual property law. All content, frameworks, language, lessons, designs, downloads, recordings, graphics, and program materials remain the exclusive property of Rose Kian and Media by Rose unless expressly stated otherwise.

You do not acquire ownership rights by purchasing the program. Any unauthorized use, copying, plagiarism, disclosure, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

Because OLLG is a digital product that includes immediate access to proprietary materials, all fees are non-refundable once purchase is completed.

This means you are responsible for your purchase decision and will not receive a refund simply because you changed your mind, did not complete the program, did not use the materials, or expected a different result.

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply if the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.

5. Conduct and Confidentiality

You agree to use OLLG respectfully and lawfully. You may not misuse the portal, interfere with the experience of other members, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest content, or use OLLG in a way that harms Rose Kian, Media by Rose, or other participants.

If OLLG includes direct support, messaging access, or community participation, you agree to keep the space respectful, private, and appropriate. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that is abusive, harassing, invasive, dishonest, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity of the program.

6. No Guarantees

OLLG is designed to provide education, perspective, tools, and support. It does not guarantee any specific emotional, relational, personal, business, or financial outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own decisions, circumstances, and participation.

7. Not Therapy, Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

OLLG is not therapy, mental health treatment, crisis support, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Nothing in the program creates a therapist-client, doctor-patient, lawyer-client, or fiduciary relationship. If you need clinical, legal, medical, or financial support, you should seek advice from a qualified professional.

8. Access and Availability

We may update, improve, remove, or reorganize parts of the program from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide access as offered, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent hosting of every file, or error-free operation at all times.

9. Termination for Breach

If you breach these terms, including by sharing access or misusing proprietary materials, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately without refund and may take further action to protect our rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rose Kian and Media by Rose are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to OLLG. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability related to OLLG will not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version posted on this page will apply from its effective date. Continued use of OLLG after an update means you accept the revised terms.
